2017 MIPS Submission Checklist

Are you submitting for MIPS this year through a Registry or QCDR? The team at Able Health has prepared a checklist, which we monitor for our customers to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. We want to share it with you!

Of course, if you are using a different Registry/QCDR, the process may differ in some ways, but the basic building blocks of a submission will be the same. We hope that it is helpful as you think through the steps and various pieces of data needed for Registry or QCDR submission.

  • A list of steps that you will need to take within your organization before submission, such as determining if you qualify for the end-to-end reporting bonus and preparing a list of valid TINs or NPIs for submission.
  • Links to resources from CMS and Able Health that explain nuances in the MIPS requirements, all mapped to specific submission checklist items.
  • A Status, Goal Date, and Owner column for you to track progress toward your submission.
  • An editable Excel format so that you can customize the checklist for your specific process.
